Our Story

I started The Machine Solution back in 2014 after spending over a decade working as an appliance repair tech for one of the big box stores. I got tired of seeing customers overcharged for simple fixes and rushed through jobs that deserved more attention.

So I went out on my own. Started with just me, a van, and a toolbox. Ten years later, we've grown to a small team of four technicians, but the mission hasn't changed: do honest work, charge fair prices, and treat people's homes like they're our own.

What Makes Us Different

There's a lot of appliance repair companies out there. Here's why our customers keep coming back and referring their friends:

• Upfront pricing. You'll know the cost before we start. No "we'll tell you when it's done" surprises.
• We actually fix it. Some companies just want to sell you a new unit. We repair whenever it makes sense.
• On-time appointments. We give you a 2-hour window, not "sometime between 8 and 5."
• 90-day warranty. If our repair fails within 90 days, we come back and fix it free.
• We clean up. Your kitchen looks the same when we leave as when we got there. Maybe cleaner.
